I've been having a long break!

Yes, I have. And I've deleted a lot of my posts here on my blog, so it kind of looks like months or years apart posts, but no. I've only cleaned up a bit, and am still doing some deleting both here on the blog and elsewhere. I have been so busy with digital scrapbooking for years, but I've taken a step back, for different reasons. Now I want to focus more on real life stuff and cardmaking. On paper! I do looove digiscrapping and will not give it up entirely, but I guess my "golden years" are over in that department. Sorry! :-) I will be back later with this years card-collection with lots of nice Christmascards. Right now, I just needed to post a little update.

World Cardmaking Day TODAY!!!

Yes, it is! It is World Cardmaking Day and I am feeling inspired!!! I actually didn't know it was World Cardmaking Day until about half an hour ago, but I felt like making some cards when I woke up today, so that's just PERFECT!

A new candybouquet - with my own design!!

I am working on making Candy Bouquet's on daytime as part of my work training-program, and I was previously asked to design how a totally white weddingbouquet would look like. And I did. That was my first bouquet with my own design! Don't have any photos of that one, but will take a photo of it and show it later. Anyway, I was going to make a bouquet for my mother's birthday and I could make one totally how I wanted it to look like. I think it went really well and it is really beautiful!!

Very cool candy bouquets!

I am not working at the moment, but I do attend a work-training program to get back to work (after being sick for some years). And now we're having a SUPERFUN project there, I just have to show! Here is a little info on the project and some very cool photos:
Since it's restrictions on bringing actual flower bouquets to the hospital (in case of patients with allergies etc), someone really smart has evented candy bouquets! And I am so happy to be working with making these. We've started with some baby boy & baby girl-bouquets now, but this project's got potential! This is my first bouquet, made during our "work out the kinks"-period to find more concrete rules to follow when we make them (how many flowers, how big/small etc). That is something we have to figure out, on behalf of the company behind this bouquets. It's missing a bow and it's a little bigger than we intend to make them, but it's just at a testing-stage now, so we'll figure it out. I can't help looking at them, sooo beautiful, don't you think?:
